I called number on my cc statement. Call station located in India. The person I spoke to said I "signed up" for this service while playing a game on face book. I do not now or have ever played a game on face book. I don't play games on face book. I have been charged 14.99 every month since 10-8-2012. Since I have never used this service or " signed up while playing a game on face book" I would require a full refund of all payments since 10-8-2012. That is 8 months totaling $119.92

I noticed 3 or 4 charges on my account that I never authorized. No info to call either. I want my money back right now! This is theft! The only way people know about this company is by seeing unauthorized charges on their account and trying to get their stolen money back!

Capital One noticed the $1 charge and froze my account and is sending a new card. They said after the $1 amount, more unauthorized charges will follow. Grateful and glad they are on the ball, but a hassle to change everywhere, I agree.

sorry to say it just happened to me today 5/9/2013,my credit card company (capital one)
called me up and told me i was charged a 1.00 and I HAVE TO BE GIVEN A NEW CARD AND NUMBER, i was alittle annoyed because i have my verizon and pharmacy charges that are repeatly charged every month on my card, so now i have to make sure bills that i pay online have to be changed.i was very reluctant with capital one about taking my card away but they insisted and issued me another one without my consent, reading all of your complaints i am glad capital one is on the ball. hats off to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not authorise this monthly ongoing billing that started on my Santander Zero Card,and want to be reimbursed in full.
