This company is a scam. I had to cancel my hotel because my flight got delayed. They will not refund my money. I tried to cancel but was on hold one hour until my new flight boarded, so I emailed them and called the Marriott. How can the Marriot do business with such a horrible company. Any suggestions on how I can get my money back.
