I ordered on Facebook. The charge was suppose to be $39. I received an email one minute after ordering showing they had billed my cc for $238.54. One minute after receiving their order confirmation I emailed them to cancel it because they had over charged me by $200.00. I didn't hear anything back but felt sure the order was canceled. That afternoon I received an email from them says they were sorry & woulld take $100 off. I said no, cancel order. A few days later I received a bag of bottles from Las Vegas. I knew it much be from them so I marked Refused - Return to Sender. I filed a dispute with Chase & they will not credit the $238.54. They are beileiving this SCAM company over me. I am going to cancel my card with Chase. Now I am reading all over the internet what a SCAM this company is. When they are about to catch them they move & change address. I have never had anything like this happen! I don't know why there are so many SCAMMERS taking innocent peoples money!!!

I ordered and received merchandise, paid 198.78 and a charge of 59.99, This was on August 27, 2023 now I get another charge of 198.78 on Sept, 72023 I do not want any of your merchandise, take me off any list you have. NEVER SEND ME ANYTHING!

I received 4 Jars of your gummies (which all are melted) I was charged $198.78 Plus another charge of $59.99, on my credit card. I want these charges removed asap and a return label to send back to your. These are un-edible!., Awaiting your reply. I will be calling the credit card company to stop payment of these charges, I expect a answer within 24 hours. Claude Eichenour.

I had this charge after ordering KETO ACV Gummies that I authorized. I got 5 months of gummies. Now they just tried to charge again 30 days later.

I ordered a product called clear tag and I keep getting a product I do not want every month and on top of that we have been charged 119.49 ever since. The original order was for $29.99 I have cancelled the card it was purchased on and am trying to get some of the money back but their is not a number to contact and the only address is a P.O. Box number. The company is TRelief * EX2 Sandusky, OH What I have found in my research is they change names and P.O. Boxes each time they think they are going to get caught! If you can get me any answers on getting my money back I would every interested. These people need to be STOPPED!

I have been charged 3 times at $119.49, and I want this cancelled immediately and I want full refund. I originally made a one-time purchase of $59.95, don't like the product, it makes me sick. I have now in the process of blocking my credit card because it is impossible to find a simple customer service email or phone number to contact. I have been on the BBB website and read all the similar complaints and am astounded at the unethical business practice of this mystery company out of Sandusky, OH. I have an unauthorized transaction on my account for $119.49 and also for $59.99 I would like this put back on my account as soon as possible please I have no idea who you are or what you are about so I don't want to have to contact my bank because I have to close my card but if I have to go there I want my money back thank you

Cuz I know at the restaurant transaction online account for $119.49 and 59.99 so if there's any way possible I would like to have this refunded back to my account as soon as possible or tell me what I need to do to get it done or I will have to contact my bank

I ordered 1 bottle of Clear Tag Remover and was charged for 2 bottles. I was refunded $30.00. I received 2 more bottles today and 119. I do not want any more of this product. It does not do what it is suppose to do. How can I cancel future bottles.

I received a package of CBD gummies CBD tincture approx 4/27 & another package a couple of days ago which was $198.78. I don't remember signing up for any of this. I returned by UPS the last package unopened. But I'm still trying to contact them to cancel etc.

I had this same issue. I could not find any contact information for this company so I called my bank. They are disputing the charge and have terminated my card and are issuing me a new one. Very inconvenient but at least I won't receive any more charges on my account.

This amount was fraudulently charged to my account. I only ordered one thing for $54.99. When I checked my bank statement, it also listed the $119.49 amount. These people are thieves and should be arrested.40tC

I just noticed this unauthorized transaction was posted to my credit card on April 4, 2023. It says the category is Health Fitness and Personal Care. Merchant: Sandusky OH 44870 US I live in Canada so the charge in CDN is $274.47
