This is a fraudulent company going by the name Carrental Reservations, they masquerade as if they are different car dealerships i.e., enterprise, ace but then charge a service fee on top of the rental fee. They preyed on an older adult and gave her a reservation time for when the rental company was closed. They also double charged her account.

Through Expedia live agent by phone (855-738-3314), I have reserved and prepaid a Routes car rental at the Atlanta airport from April 16 to April 21. When I came to the venue, the manager asked for my drivers license and then stated they do not rent to a Georgia resident and refused the car rental. I told the manager that all was disclosed on the application for rental through Expedia agent (Jordan) on the phone because they ask me where I was traveling and I answered that I was going out of state. The Expedia agent (Jordan) said all was good to pick up the car at Routes rental in Atlanta on April 16, 2023 to travel to Denver Colorado and return to Atlanta to Routes rental on April 21, 2023. The Manager(Routes) with a angry attitude said “well your not getting a car today, I don’t care what Expedia told you!” I left and immediately called Expedia and reported that I did not receive the car and explained the rudeness of the manager at the Atlanta airport location and requested refund. I was given this ref# 3710870868 for refund and to this day have not received my prepaid monies. I have contacted Expedia and Routes several occasions since about my refund of $250.32 due to never received car! but thus far they refused to resolve this situation (even with their refund reference # that I was given) of this refund or even a portion of my payment. Since, I have been refused the rental which I paid for, I am requesting a full refund of $250.32.Thank you very much for your help! Since that I was completely lied to about the rental was set up to be picked up at Routes car rental by your travel agent Jordan!
