I just noticed that I have a $27.60 charge on my credit card account for a Redbox DVD Rental. I did not utilize Redbox rental for the date specified. Your response to this fraudulant transaction would be greatly appreciated.

I was charged $6.47 on my debit card on 10/17 from Redbox but I did not go to redbox.

I received my cc statement in today and it shows a purchase on April 13 2019,was put on my card the amount is $140.39. I have never rented from Redbox, I need you to get with me on where this purchase was made and how they got my No, I have a chip in my card and only have one card and you need to take it off. I found 3 separate charges from Redbox*DVD rental, based in Illinois, from the week of Sept 16, 2017. The charges were for $9, $9.63, $18.73.

I was charged 27.60 on my card for a purchase a week ago, I haven't rented any movies in atleast a month from redbox. I don't think it is someone else because that is the only unusual purchase in my statements.

I have noticed on my bank statement it says: 05/01/2015 03:32:54 REDBOX *DVD RENTAL,866-733-2693,IL CASH PURCHASE $94.14 Which I did NOT authorize at all and that was out of my money for my bills which now I am screwed unless someone knows how to get it back?
