I have been charged 2 months in a row to my credit card account. I don't know how they got this information. I didn't pay last month and now I have a $25 late fee too.

I've been charged for RECUR debit card Payment. I never agreed to this. I would like a refund because I never authorize any charges from them.

two months in a row an amt. of 19.95 has been on my credit card. I certainly didn't authorize such charges on my account, and I don't remember ever asking for any services. I have no idea what this charge is. I have never been charged this before. I have no memory of agreeing to on star services that would charge me money. I have no memory of providing on star with my bank or billing information since I did not subscribe to services beyond the free 6 month trial when I purchased my new car in June 2011. Please refund this amount and discontinue any service you think I agreed to, which I never did.

I was not asked about charging my account. Also not sure how they got my bank account information because I have never given it to anyone.
