I am going through bank statements closing out the year, when I noticed a charge for $53.00 on 06/27/2013 from Rai*ca Parks/Hearst....this is an unauthorized charge! How can I get this charge reimbursed?

I was charged an amount of 78 dollars to my credit card for a reservation to Hearst Catle that I did not make! I did try to make a reservation for a California state park, but that reservation never came through. I have no current or past reservations on my ReserveAmerica account. The bankstatement indicated : RAI*CA PARKS/HEARST 800-695-2269 USA I am now calling the number (from the Netherlands!), but the time it takes to solve this matter by phone is alomst as expensive.... quite frustrating, when I was so much looking forward to my visit to California.

Charged 37.50 out of the blue. I used Reserve America for making camping reservations over the past couple years, but nothing in the past few months. This charge was not authorized and I just wasted nearly an hour on the phone with them to try to figure out why it was made. That time worth more than the $37.50, and they could not trace this to any transaction on their end, so now I am contacting my credit card company. But at least they were friendly.

Reserve America, its a site to make reservations at State Parks. Camping reservations at Big Sur state parks will show up as this.

This charged showed up on my bank statement twice in one day for the same amonts of $47.50. I have never heard of this place nor did I know where it was until I looked it up on the internet.
