I purchased and received the product and was charged $198.78. It was CBD and I will not take it so called and returned the next day. Never received credit to my card account.
Tried to purchase one bottle of Dr. Oz gummies in January. Should have cost $59 but the charge on my credit card was $198.78. Called company to get order cancelled on January 16th. Finally they agreed. Today I received another charge on my credit card for $198.78.
Going to have to change my credit card to get rid of this scam..
I ordered these online and expected to get two for $35.00 each, but they sent 5. I called and told them I was returning 3 and they credited my card $70.00. Today I saw I was charged $198.70 for these things which are nothing but candy! It took some research to identify the charge. I need help making sure this isn't a recurring charge (which I did not agree to) and to get credited.
My wife Ordered 1 bottle with 2nd supposedly free. She got 3 bottles today and got billed $159.89 on 1/17/24 and does not recognize the name that shows on the CC bill website ( R4leif1*JT17 ) . Yes a Scam. CC company recognized as possible scam and Security called us to confirm. Charge is being reversed.
I purchase the Dr.OZ CBD GUMMIES upon receiving the order not the same product.,its for inflammation ,pain etc. but went i read all the explanation of DR Oz say for prostate cancer that why i order coz my husband has a cancer ,it say there within 7 days totally cure.How can i return the product?
Consumer Fraud:
On Tuesday, January 2, 2024, I purchased the Dr. OZ gummies, according to the attached documents it should have contained 5 bottles of gummies in the amount of $210.96 dollars, however, upon receiving the order its not the same product and size as indicated in the flyer. I am requesting either the correct size bottles or a partial refund. If you feel that I am not entitled to a partial or ship the correct size bottles, please provide me with a writing statement, stating your intentions on resolving this incident.
I would like to settle this matter in an amicable way, I will wait until January 30, 2024, to forward this incident over to “Consumer Fraud” protection unit for further advise.
call 866 958 7791 for cust service. Insist you want a full refund. They will try to give you a partial refund. My refund comes in 2 stages--50 % with the phone call (confirmed immediately via email) and 50 % upon receipt of the returned product to their warehouse.
I assume you put this on a credit card. Call your credit card company and dispute the charges. If the charging company ask you to return the product to them request a prepaid envelop from them or tell them you will dispose of the product it the trash if not received within 2 weeks.
I was making another purchase and as soon as I put in my card info my screen went blank. I did not have time to copy the receipt. Then I got these CBD GUMMIES- I have never heard of them but was charged $198.78.
This company is a scam. I thought I was ordering from one company, and I received an order from this company. I never received a confirmation email. I called the number on the shipping label. The number is an answering service. I asked to be able to contact the company directly, and was told no. They said I had a subscription. I told them to cancel it and send me a confirmation email. I have called 4 times. Each time they tell me my subscription is cancelled and that I will get an email in 24 to 48 hours. I still never got an email. I will continue to call every day until I get something in writing that they will stop. 866-958-7791 is the number for this fake company. Good luck!

My bank alerted me to an unusual charge on my credit card. It was for $159.85 and the record appeared as "R4LEIF1*JR8" I recall watching a video about Dr. Oz's CBD gummies but I never agreed to purchase anything! My credit card has now been destroyed.

I got a number from my bank for a debit that was declined for 119.50 today. The number was for a legitimate company called 4 Life Research in Salt Lake City, Ut. My bank debit says R4leif in So Orlando FL. They had no idea what I was talking about. I'm going to follow up with my bank tomorrow morning.
No but they got me for $258.77. I ordered a Trump badge and this hidden thief stole from me and i cant contact them or anything. There's no ph. # attached to the charge. Pretty sure it’s a scam for 150 gummies of Cider vinegar for weight loss Now I've had to change my bank card and I disputed the purchase. Wonder if they have a place to complain online.
