Alert from bank about charge for $19.97. Ive never even heard of this company. bank immediately cancelled card and re-issued new one.

I have been getting these charges the first of the month for 19.97 on January, February, March and I don't know what this is where it came from, but my bank tells me I have to contact you to get is stooped but can't find no phone number to call so please can someone tell me what the hell to do.

It is amazing to me why banks will allow credit card charges on a company that unsuspecting clients are unable to reach. Seems to me banks are passing the buck on handling fraud. Fraudulent charges have become common and consumers are the ones who have to do all the work. Why don't all these banks get together and push for stricter punishment for those fraudulently extracting money on the internet? It is simply amazing!

PURE ENERGY GET SAVO ON March 3, 2025 charged my account with a 19.97 dollar charge. I WANT IT RETURNED TO MY ACCOUNT AND DO NOT CHJARGE ME FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN.

I have a charge/card purchase listed as PUREENERGYGETSAVONLINE 5817 ON 2-13-25. Withdrawal date is 02-14-2025. This is from my checking account. I do not recognize this. Lisa

Same charge ($19.97) happened to me. My credit card company sent me a text and I did not authorize this charge, therefore, they declined payment.

My bank account was charged $19.97 on January 30, 2025. I got a call from my banks security and had no idea what they were talking about. They also cancelled my card and told me to get a new card from my bank. I am so thankful for that, but it seems as though I am getting one of those calls almost every month. Sick and tired of it, we have no control over this scam crap getting charged, but thanks to banks that have programs and when a mysterious charge gets on it, they call.

I was charged 19,99 on Jan. 13. I will discontinue my bank account and change banks. This is a monthly occurrence. I will use cash and a checking account if that doesn't work.

Pure Energy Gets AV online plus "parent company" USA discount club.com are frauds. They have two phone numbers that bring you back to the same person who cannot help you and doesn't know how to get ahold of any kind of corporate office.

I was charged on my Capital One Credit card for around $20. I never made this purchase and now I have to be issued a new card and all the direct charges that come on this card monthly have to be changed. This will take me about one full day to notify all these companies. This should NEVER happen. I was told their website is USAdiscountclub.com and their main office is in California.
