My credit card bank notified me of this possible false charge of $61.94 to my account July 8, 2014. I have never had dealings with this company and have no idea as to how they came up with my credit card number which was a relatively new account only one month old. If 72 other people have reported similar unauthorized charges, why has no one been able to stop these people. My bank has issued me a new credit card, but that is a pain in the neck to call all the merchants that I have accounts with to tell them of this change.

Received text last night from my bank, Telefloracom picks rv tried getting over $300. Luckily my bank put a hold and now they are currently listed as fraud and blocked from future purchases. Pain in the ass as now I have to get a new card and reset my bill pay.

Same’ and it’s SAD it’s 2023 and the SAME thing is still happening my Bank notified me of several hundred dollars in charges .. I had to Google to find out what Teleflora RCV even was. Saturday Morning card canceled no cash on me just SOL til Monday what kind of people just sit around and do this type of thievery

A charge for $55.99 appeared on my credit card from this company on 11/9/2017. I have no idea how they got my credit card number. I reported it to my bank, canceled my card, and still waiting for the charge to be removed.

Did not have any dealings with this company. Charged my credit card for something I did not order and have no idea how they got my number. Called bank, canceled card, marked purchase as fraud.

I was charged twice by this company for a total of $169.87 via two different transactions. Once on 2.25.2017 and another on 2.27.2017. I called Teleflora customer service (1.800.835.3356 phone number was posted in Laura Brossett's comment from July 2014- Thanks Laura!) Teleflora customer service was very nice and said if the flowers haven't delivered they would cancel the order and issue a refund. The flowers delivered. Calling the bank first thing in the morning to report it!

I was charged almost $90.00 by this company. I never even heard of them. I disputed the charge with my credit card company & am in the process of contracting the BBB & credit reporting agencies to see if this company can be stopped.

Just noticed a 90 dollar debit charge on my bank statement from Teleflora. I have never contacted nor bought anything from them. I contacted my bank and they are starting an investigation.

Attention alert!!: do not order flowers online via teleflora.com. Company is not trustworthy, be careful. And these days, best practice to pay close attention to all your credit card statements, report any unauthorized purchases

the same things happen with me i receive call from my bank telling there is transaction around 1120$ from flower online store and the cancel my card and request from me to report dispute

Was charged $75 today but I haven't used this website ever. Bank can't dispute till the charge post but they noted my account and are issuing a new card.
