I believe this is a pre paid Master Card and I got charged $37 for it. I did not want this card but some how they took the money from my bank. I cant find any contact details for them but I have asked my bank for a refund.

There is an unauthorized charge on my bank account. It says it is from some company in Italy. I have never ordered anything from an Italian company and I dispute this charge.

PSV International charged my credit card for an unauthorized transaction. I authorized and paid for a ONE TIME purchase of $17.00 with my American Express Card on Oct 14, 2012 and now they bill me $49.00 which was not authorized. I am disputing this charge on my AMEX account. Appears from looking at the notes on your website that this company has a pattern of unauthorized charges.

I did not authorize International living to charge my visa account.Please do not go forward with this transaction. I took the first subscription months ago on a trail basis. I no longer want or need the subscription.

My most recent Visa bill shows a charge for International Living which I have not authorized. I did not nor do I want an ongoing subscription to this magazine. No where did I agree to automatic billing. Please cancel the subscription and credit my Visa

I did not authorize this $49 charge on my credit card. I do not know what it is for, but it makes some sense if it is International LIving magazine, since I have subscribed in the past. I also cancelled it very soon after subscribed, so there's no excuse for them billing again. I want the charges rescinded.

I did not authorize this $49 charge on my credit card, without notification. I want the charges rescinded. I do not know what it is for, but it makes sense if it is International LIving magazine, since I have subscribed in the past.

This charge appeared with no warning on my credit card. It took me a while to figure out who it was from. The merchant should provide an opportunity for the consumer to opt out of a renewal!!

I just got charged $89.00 for something called PSV International less than a week ago. My husband asked me about it - I said I wasn't familiar with the company. He decided to call the number listed to ask about the charge. After holding for 15 minutes, a representative of that company took his complaint about an unauthorized charge and filled out the paperwork to refund our money, which should show up on our credit card statement within 5 to 7 business days. Hopefully, it WILL show up like she said!

I have no idea who these people are or why I have a bill on a credit card I don't even carry around. I have tried the 800 number, but it is a holiday weekend and I am getting no one. I have called my bank and I am trying to get more information about this place. I am very shocked for this is not a credit card that I would normally use. I keep it in a box in case of an emergency.

You can try contacting the merchant directly at: 800-682-7162. If they are not willing to issue you a refund then we recommend you contact your issuing bank and dispute this charge.
