How do you get out of it if you don't know or have a membership number...it wants that in order to fill out the stop paper!?!?!?!?!

I have no idea where these charges are coming from and you people are gutting into the only bit of money I have for me and my kid. I want these charges stopped immediately and I wish for that last 30$ to be returned to me because my kid is more important.
