PROG COUNTY MUT BRANCH09DEBIT ACH INS PREM was taken from our NOVO business bank account and was retired again the following week... stating this charge PROG COUNTY MUT BRANCH09DEBIT ACH RETRY PYMT it is a fraud from ethiopia, we have frozen our business bank account to stop this. what a disaster.

These charges are NOT from Progressive - the top auto insurance company with Flo on the commercials.

I have been charged anywhere from $103 - $142 each month for the past several months. Finally have the time to investigate these charges. I do hold auto insurance with Progressive but this is something completely different. How do I cancel?

GOT CHARGED 5 TIMES $323.77 FOR INSURANCE NEVER HAD HECK MY CAR INSURANCE IS 39 WITH STATE FARM SO WHO ARE THESE CLOWNS?

I don't think this has anything to do with Progressive Insurance. I think it's meant to appear like it is so that at first glance people will assume it is... But Progressive COUNTY is a term unnassociated with Progressive (with Flo and all that). I just got hit with this unauthorized charge myself on November 2, 2015 so it's still going around obviously.

I called 1-800-776-4737 and spoke to a rep at Progressive to inquire about any discounts before I renewed. Long story short, Allstate was $300 cheaper for me so I cancelled my Progressive policy with her on the phone. Then, the following month I get billed $410.93! Which is odd, because I paid the prior 6 mos. premium in one lump sum. If I hadn't checked my bank statements I would have never known. I called Progressive again to inquire about this. After researching my account, it was resulted to be an error and will be credited back to me in 12 days!!! That's a long hold that I'm not happy about, but at least it was resolved and I will get it refunded.

a 110.00 charge was on my bill from prog county mut ins prem, but i do have ins with progressive and i paid it in full for the entire year already? i dont owe a prem at all? and not athurized a pmt. so its been chged extra on mu accout and i am 80 yr old widow maybe thought i wouldny catch it, since most my age cant check there statememnts in detail. idk?but i will find out and let you know ,theres alot of elderly accounts that are extra charged by some companies and banks.got to look out for the older ones sometimes when they have a little trouble in age.
