I have one charge of Prog American of $215.69 taken out on February. I thought my Progressive Insurance changed their name. Then I saw my insurance company already charged me. Then now I have Prog American pending charges of $205.68. It is a weekend at 11pm so I pulled all my money into my savings and canceled my overdraft recovery (that pulls from savings when I don't have money to cover a charge). I did this online. I reached a rep this morning Saturday at 9 a.m. They sent me a dox sign to not let this Prog American withdraw, but it will take a couple of days since their offices are not open for fraud alert ???? Good luck and God be with those this really hurts. Getting my money back from my bank but I still don't know how this happened.
