I was charged $39.98 on September 15, 2016. How do I get a refund? I've never heard of this company nor do I even live near California.

This is absolutely a fraudulent charge. I monitor my account closely and know everything I buy. Called the company, they were no help at all! I advise to call your bank first about this.

I have a debit pending on my credit card from Pro Flowers for $30.97 that I did not make. I think someone has stolen my ID and using a credit card in my name. I am working with my bank to find out who did this and charges will be made.

FES*Florist Express 888-373-7437 CAU $167.70 Fraudulent Charge - Disputed "Jerry" with southern accent answered and said he was with PRO Flowers. Gave me Florist Express phone number 888-776-2652. They didn't recognize the other number, nor could they verify any order.

This company ripped me off of almost $100!! I called to complain due to the fact I ordered a plant for a funeral and it never arrived. I never received the confirmation email or any confirmation that the flowers were delivered. I called and was advised a refund was going to be in my account. Still nothing. Their customer service department promises the world and gives you nothing! Never going to order from them again! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
