I have a transaction for 300.95 for ticket master that was submitted for a purchase by mistake by my son as an error please help with this situation thank you ! I do not live in Indianapolis so their no way I would go to a game their I live in San Antonio Texas.

This charge appeared on my bank account for $21.96. We had no idea where it came from, never received any books whatsoever. We managed to figure out the company's name through our bank and found a customer service number. The account was in MY name with MY address, but had a really old email of mine associated with it. Highly suspicious. The CSR refused to provide a full refund since "the books were shipped" (funny that we never received any), but she did offer a "courtesy refund" of everything but the $4 for shipping. I disputed it with my bank, closed the card and reported it to the BBB.

this was to fulfill a survey and I do not want them as the result of the survey did not give me what I went through all the trouble to completeing. it was supposed to download a site
