This was an unauthorized charge to my account. I have no idea what company this is from, no website can be found to call to find out what the charges are for and who made gave them permission to charge my account without being notified at first.

Had a charge posted to my disability debit card that i didn't make. Checked account history and find charge by a company I have never heard of - one; prosave protect. Bank says try calling them because I have to wait 5 days to dispute it through bank. I call and get automated answer that puts me on hold. After 16 minutes of awful music I finally hang up and google them, which led me here.

I was told that their was no charge except on 10/05/2012, and another attempt charge on 10/11/2012 of the amount of $13.00 and some change! In other words I was scamed

I only had 3.58 cents on my credit card which is a child support card as well and I didnt purchase anything and it says I did in Florida where I have never been then they took 29.29 which put my card in the negative without my permission and knowledge and now that I am recieving money on my card for child support thats being taken to make the card back to the positive so Im paying for what they took which is unfair since I never authorized it to begin with I want my money back is all and for them to leave me alone. I have never even heard of them in my life.
