SpeedDate.com says that I now have a 12-month Premium Membership while I specifically declined the offer for a 12-month subscription. I never submitted any personal information or authorization to charge my account $155.40. Rather, I authorized only $0.99/month to be charged for "unlimited access". I demand both a refund and right action be taken to ensure that this company doesn't screw other customers over like myself
I have been charged twice for $9.96 (06/25/13 & 07/11/13) for CONSUMER CREDIR REP. I don't know what this is and likely received a service for which I neither want or understood I requested.
I just cancelled this $1 deduction taken every 2 weeks. The credit check that I applied for was CANCELED. I asked the guy why I was charged and his answer was I did not close it . Please report this company to Better Business Bureau. Definitely some type of scam. I stated that today and the guy hung up after he gave a closing ACCOUNT number. What is this????? Call the above number and demand a return NOW to the card they are using. DO NOT give them any other info. Ask them to say your address.
same as others situation, my checking account has been charged four times, 6/28 $1 6/14 $1 5/29 $ 1.98 5/21 $1, I dont even know what is going on, they charge me so many times.I want refund. thats ridiculous.

I have been charged multiple times even though I never pressed continue. They cancelled it...but charged me again. I'm pissed because even though it says it on my account they tell me they have "no history" and will "transfer" me to their supervisor...then they put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then hang up. This is beyond ridiculous
Now my bank is charging me overdraft fees that I cannot afford to pay because of unauthorized charges done. First it shows that they took 1.00out and now it says they took out 28.95. I want the overdraft fees paid and the money they took out refunded.
This company is charging me constantly for something I did not authorize. Three times money has been debited from my account. I didn't even know what this was until I googled the name. I do NOT want to know my credit score because I already know what my credit score IS. And that's the fact I DON'T HAVE a credit score because I don't have a credit card. PLEASE REFUND ME IN FULL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Thank you.
I have charges on my visa that I did not authorize and would like a refund immediately. When trying to call the wrong number is posted. I will go to the Better Business Bureau or attorney general. This is ridiculous
