They took me 24,95$ on my visa card! I did not even know them!!!! It is TOTALLY unauthorized

What the hell?! I just found that LIVECAREER made an unauthorized charge to my Visa card on July 3. Again, I did not authorize this. I'm not happy about this.

My account has withdrawn 46 dollars because of this I looked at my transactions, this is not the first time this has happened I thought it might have been bank fees but there is no way a bank fee would be 46 dollars what do I do ???

I was charged 39.80 after cancelling my free trial that I actually paid 1.95 for. I should have known when they asked for payment to begin with because obviously it's not free. I did cancel but was still charged. Going to cancel my card today. BEWARE this is a scam!! Do not use!

I just called the customer service department at LiveCareer to demand a refund for all previous charges on my account (a total of 3 charges of $39.80). The representative kept trying to talk about the different subscription plans they offered, but every time I had to cut him off because it was the opposite of what I had requested. I demanded to speak with their claims department and he put me on hold for about a minute, then came back on the phone telling me I would revive a full refund of all three payments (I was only aware of two) of $39.80 within three business days, and that my subscription had been cancelled. You need to be very firm with the representatives about what you want, because otherwise they will continue to drone on about useless policies and subscriptions that have nothing to do with your claim. You should also tell them that you fully intend to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about their deceitful billing practices, since $39.80 is slightly below the alert level most banks will alert customers to an strange charge. As soon as I mentioned that, he asked to put me on hold. Do not admit knowing anything about the subscription before calling, and at the very least make sure that they have cancelled your subscription. Unless I have responded to this comment in several days, you can assume that I got my money back, and that you likely can do the same.

I had the same predicament as the user above me, I called and spoke to a very nice woman. She explained that the hidden fees are in the subscription, I had a 14 day subscription so I could get my resume worked out and turns out I needed to cancel my account 15 days after that or I'd be charged for $39.80. I was able to get a refund seeing as I called them about 10 minutes after their call centers opened up for the day and I had not used my account besides to cancel the subscription. I received vocal confirmation and and email explaining that I will receive the full amount back withing 2-3 business days. When I first called, I pressed option 2 and the call only took about 3-5 minutes. If you are debating on whether or not you should, it's really simple and you will most likely receive the money back.

I was charged for a full year without knowing what this was until today. The amounts were different every month from $32 to 39.00 and change. I never signed up for this abd the agent was very short with me. If I would have never asked if I was charged previously she would not have told me as I had to get it out if her. They sent my request to billing abd told me I will have an answer in the refund within 3 days by email. I called them just now to get prices just to see and it's supposedly a flat rate of 34.95 or 39.80 something . I was being charged a different amount every month for a year with a grand total of 426.00. Beware of them

daughter thought she was getting a free resume I'm getting stuck with deductions from my account. Do not trust or use this site. No one responding or giving me my funds back.

I found two unauthorized charges on my credit card within 48 hours of opening the live career account. My CC company is refunding the charges and cancelling my account so they can no longer access it. When notifying them of this they didn't even apologize, just cancelled my subscription.

I am being charged for something called CHKCARDLIVECAREER for the amount of $35, to be subtracted from my checking account by tomorrow. I have no idea what this charge is for. It is not the first time I have been charged for the same amount with the same CHKCARDLIVECAREER description.
