I used the Pinchit website to purchase a deal I received in an email on 2/14/12. The deal was for "over 65% Off 1-hour Deep Tissue or Swedish Massage" through Jackie Kaye Massage. I used my credit card to pay for 2 massages and my account was charged that same day for $64. I made an appointment with Jackie but she called me later and left a message on my voicemail to cancel. I made numerous attempts to reschedule but was never able to contact Jackie, only her voicemail. I was never able to redeem the deal so I asked Pinchit to send me a refund. Their representatives have taken a long time to respond to each of my requests and have drawn out this process considerably. My first attempt to contact them was 10/23/12 and I am still waiting to hear a definite answer from them as to whether or not they will provide me with a refund or if they have done any work in trying to resolve my issue.
