I too have been charged for this VIP membership. I called them over a week ago and was told they would cancel my membership. ( I never agreed to this membership) It has now been over a week and I have not seen a refund. Called again and was told the cancellation was processed on 8/15/16 and I would get a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Maybe this person can't count but it has already been 9 business days. The direct phone number for VIP customer service is 855-888-8292. I think a class action law suit should be filed against these guys.

Have a recurring charge PGI*FAVORITES VIP in the amount of 21.59. Finally googled it to see what it is. Still don't really know... Claims it saves me hundreds. Yeah, right. Thanks.

Mark These SOBs caught me, too. I let it go on for 4 months before I realized that I had unknowingly agreed to this BS. I thought my daughter had maybe bought something back at Christmas-time, but No, I did it to myself and canceled my credit card as I thought someone had gotten ahold of my info. I feel so stupid being duped by a “legit” bunch of shady businessmen that have been ripping people off for almost 10 years now!

I purchased an item Dec 2017 and just realized they were charging me for a monthly fee $14.95 subscription which was to give 10% discount, etc. I never agreed to this. Apparently there is a place on the order you have to check to decline this subscription, not one you mark to accept. Such BS. I did contact them and will get some of my money back but not all of it. Just think if you have $14.95 x 100 people who don't see this charge thats $1,495 a month. WOW for what we save someone is paying for this. TICKS me off that I had to find this and this should not be allowed. Not ordering from them EVER again and will post to social media so others will be alerted.

I keep getting a charge of $14.95 from PGI Favorites VIP I have not ordered any thing from them. And this is Bull shit, I'm 77 years old and don't mind paying for things I order and get.

Don't bother with the 800 #. Call direct 855-226-7056. This "automatic" VIP enrollment after a purchase should not be added unless you specifically ask for it.

In reading some of the complaints I check how many times I was charged that amount from PGI Favorites VIP. They started charging me January 2017 - May 2017= $74.75 Help! What to do now?

My wife ordered from them in November 2016 under the name "Catalog Favorites." Recurring charges of $14.95/month started in December and continued until I questioned her about it and called the credit card company (Cap1). While still on the line, the Cap1 rep called PGI and got the PGI rep to stop the recurring charge and refund the the $59.80 that had already been charged. The call was recorded by Cap1 and they further blocked PGI from making future charges against our account.

I too, have been charged a VIP membership fee for the last 13 months. I did not sign up for a for a 30-day trial. I spoke with customer service and was told that I would receive reimbursement in 2-3 business days. we'll wait and see...

I have ordered from Favorites in December. I noticed a charge for 14.95 for VIP Club, since 12/15. I never authorized this charge. It's been 5 mos., when I call customer service to resolve this they have me a number to call. Naturally, they are away from there desk. I have left them messages to cancel the charge and refund my money back to my credit card. As much as I liked the merchandise I rec'd, they will get no further orders from me, my family and all the friends I've told. I want this problem resolved ASAP.

I normally don't look at my credit card statement/paper bill.. I just make my payment online, but I happened to look at my statement this month and saw a charge to PGI Favorites, which prompted me to look at the rest of my statements. I have been being charged $14.95 per month since November of 2014 for PGI Favorites! I don't even know what that is! But, I didn't sign up for it. What can I do?

I called three different numbers and finally got one that hopefully did the trick to cancel the charge. 1-855-226-7056. Good Luck.

I just found 3 charges on my statement, at first I thought it something I forgot to write down and then there was one for April and now May. I never signed up for anything by ordering an item from them. There was nothing about a VIP subscription.

This place should be put out of business. I ordered something from them and was auto chartered with out my knowing it. The only way I found out was it was the only thing on my bill. I have been paying it for six months. Who would pay 14.95 a month for a cat. that we already were getting free. I hope they get turned into the BBB

I bought a gift in August 2013. I never signed up or agreed to any VPI membership for a charge of 12.97 monthly. BUT if you do not scroll to the VERY bottom of the page to read that I have signed up by purchasing an item. You sign up by purchasing an item without your KNOWLEDGE & pay 12.97 a month unless you cancel in a month. This is wrong & dishonest. BEWARE!

I have been repeatedly charged with PGI Favorites for 11.95. I did not authorize this charge, nor do I want any type of subscription from catalog favorites. Because this matter is STILL not resolved after repeatedly trying, I will not be ordering from their catalog at any time in the future.

The only information I'll pass on, after reading all the other complaints, is that I'll be reporting this practice to every state's attorney general as well as all consumer protection law enforcement agencies, local and federal.

This company knows they are fraudulently getting customers to "sign up" for this thievery. If they didn't we wouldn't all be here complaining about these recurring charges. They stole three months of "membership fees" from me.

Catalog Favorites obviously has a shady practice of tagging this "VIP membership" charge onto its customers without their knowledge judging by the number of complaints about it online. I never intentionally joined anything requiring a monthly charge. Shame on me for not noticing the first month they stole $12.97 from me. They may have managed to legally steal $38.91 (three separate monthly payments) from me but I will ensure nobody I know ever uses their fraudulent business again, which will cost them significantly more than what they got out of me. I will also be submitting a BBB complaint unless they choose to do the right thing. They know very well that customers aren't intentionally signing up for their "VIP" membership.

Ordered items for Christmas and just now realized they have placed a "Recurring Purchase" charge of $12.97 on my charge. Am in dispute but not optimystic. Only way is to have my bank charge back, then once they realize bank will not accept charges they will quit. What a scam! Just lost a customer.

Just got off the phone with catalog favorites. I have been charged 11.95 for one year and did not notice the charge until I wasn't using the card anymore. Catalog Favorites has a new owner starting Oct of 2012. That is way they could not see the charges prior to Oct 2012 on my discover card. After much conversation, they will contact me in 24-48 hours with reimbursement information. Like all of you, I did not authorize this payment as I have only ordered a few things from this company. I guess this will be the last time I order from them. Maybe new ownership is a telling sign. Look at the phone number attached to the charge. CALL IT Or ask for customer service. Research your information and be sure you have not been charger prior to Oct of 12. The number too cal is 855-226-7056. PS always paid shipping that I know of.

I was charged 12.97 on 1/9/2013 and 1/26/2013 for a VIP membership. I did not sign up for it. They did refund the second charge, but still have not refunded the 1/9 charge. They we not authorized to make any charges to my Visa after the 11/28/2012 charge.

I made an order with Catalog Favorites online with my credit card in November and as I just checked in on my credit card bill, I realized that I have been charged $12.97 2x's, once in December and now in January, for membership to a "VIP club" that I never gave authorization for. Catalog Favorites has certainly lost any future business from me. I disputed the charge from December and am in the process of disputing the charge for January.
