I called and learned that you automatically enroll yourself in the VIP subscription program if you entered your email when, near the end of the purchase, they ask you if you want reduced shipping. I did not know it was a subscription and have been billed several times. The Customer Service number to get the subscription cancelled is 877-330-3393. Press 4 to be directed to someone who will direct you to the department that cancels the subscription.

Please cancel the $15.85 charge for PGI Chadwick’s and refund the money. I did not know it was an automatic charge. Thank you

I was charged $18.00 for PGI Chadwicks rewards. I did not authorize this.

I did NOT at any time ask to subscribe to a VIP subscription for $16.95. PLEASE remove this name from the subscription list and refund the money!!!
