02/06/2018 - This fraud is still being perpetrated, as Paypal attempted to pass thru the charge on my credit card last night. I will be contacting Paypal directly, as it appears that they have had 9 months to investigate and resolve this problem, but have not done so. In the meantime, I recommend all Paypal users to delete all credit card information currently being held in Paypal's database, as it is not safe from fraud.
