I probably signed up for this when I was using this card for my small business, thinking it would provide some protection if I decided to close and it took time to seek employment. That was over five years ago.

I was never aware of signing on board a Chase Payment Protection plan and would like to get out of this plan immediately.

Despite getting charged for this for a long time, I keep getting emails saying that my account has not been activated. If my account was not activated, why am I being charged over and over? I would like to recoup these charges, if possible, and block any further charges. Thank you for your help in this matter.

I don't ever remember being asked to sign up for Chase Payment Protector, and if I was, I was not made aware that it involved a fee!
