I WAS SOLICITED BY "MACY'S BACKSTAGE" AND THOUGHT MACY'S IS A RESPECTED AND DEPENDABLE COMPANY. I SPENT $68.00 AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A PACKAGE. THE TRACKING STATED IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I COULD NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM ANYONE. I TRIED THRU EMAIL AND CHATS. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE AT MY BANK. THIS ALL CAME ABOUT AT CHRISTMAS TIME. JUST ANOTHER FRAUDULENT COMPANY OUT TO RIP "US" OFF. OF COURSE, CHINA IS AFFILIATED WITH THIS CO. DISCUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered from Macy's backstage and I did not receive my order. The tracking said it was delivered after 31 days, but it was not. The company does not respond to emails or chats and the tracking number is not a valid number with any shipping company. This company says that it is apart of Macy's but it seems to be a fraudulent company coming from China.
