I was on holiday in istanbul from 2nd February to 9th February 2023. O used my debit card in some ATMs and in restaurant and 1 hospital. I believe my card details has been cloned as on 14th February 8 transactions took place in space of less than 2 hours . All theses transactions are done by one merchant by the name Param Getir . I had frozen my card and immediately notified my bank who are dealing with the case. Getir should put in place additional layer of security to protect customers from many frauds that can take place on there platform.. Hope Getir will note this matter very seriously or else I wl opt to use social media to expose these kind of frauds committed on their online shopping platform
