Soouya.com kept on charging for one year my account. But charge in my bank came in name of Paddle.com and I could not find details of which company was collecting money from my account and how to stop it. When I made a detailed inquiry with paddle they informed me that they will stop my charges and refund me. Despite this charges continued and when I complained again they gave me the name of Sooya. com. When I wrote to them, Soouya informed me that they cannot refund me. I did not use their services or log in to their website, but still, they refused a refund They make it so difficult to find out who is charging you and how to stop it. Any good company sends you a message of confirmation that you have signed up for their services and that particular date is the last date for cancellation. But I never got any intimation in the email that I signed up for their services. And due to the wrong name in the bank failed to identify the real culprit. You cannot email or intimation at all from them about their services and you can see only the name of Paddle and from this name, you cannot come to know.

Transaction of $43.19 been taken off my account and shouldn’t have when I’m not sure what company you are or anything.
