I have been billed from my Hang Seng Bank credit card for a transaction I never carried out in the USA on June 11th. On that day I was actually in Hong Kong. I don't have a driver's licence and I didn't book any hotel rooms on that day.

I bought 2 airline tickets from Orbitz and was charged an additional $21.98 for something called OWW*ORBITZ. I never authorized this charge nor was explained why it would be charged.

I bought a round flight ticket from Las vegas to Indianapolis for $327.00 and I never authorized orbit to charge me any thing but i saw $9.99 charged to my debit card, I have no idea why you guys charge me the extra amount. So, I need my money back as soon as possible.

be lucky....Cheap tickets just charged me 30$ for finding me a good deal......still not right cause there was no authorization for this either

On February 2 nd I bought 2 airlines tickets to San Jose ,Costa Rica from website for the amount of $ 1,056.14 .On February 3rd/within24hrs/I called the Customer Service because I made error with one of the names /first name entered wrong/.Customer Service Representative cancelled tickets.She told me that the purchase,and then issued credit back for thepurchase,will show on my credit card statement.After that I made a new purchase entering the correct names. I received my Discover bill and saw charge for 3 tickets;$528.07each.One from February 2nd and two from February3rd. On February26th Icalled Orbitz about the charge,a Customer Service representative told me will take sometime but I will get 528.07 ccredited back into my Discover account . Since that day I called Discover several times asking if Orbitz credited my card back. I called Orbitz on March 8 th,I spent almost 2 hours on a phone with different departments but no one was able to help me. I was advised that a supervisor will contact me. On March 10th I wrote a letter to Discover card with an explanation, asking to help me with this issue. I am disputing the charge made on February 2nd for the amont of $528,07 from Orbitz. I do not need two tickets for the same person on the same flight.

While traveling in Finland'Aug 2012 I made reservation to hotel Sokot Hotel at Rovanimi using OWW ORBITZ.COM.
Uppon arrivle to the Hotel I found out that the reservation was not proccesed ( The hotel reception did not find the reservation) and I had to repay again to the Hotel. Therefor i claim a return of the amount i paid to OWW ORBITZ.

I wanted to book ticket using orbitz before that I wanted to ask something so called customer service they said we will answer only if you ar buying on phone and 25 $ booking charge for phone booking. So they did not answer anything cut the phone transfer on some music ... Night I booked ticket through website. And I see 25.98 charge.. on my credit card it is grossly wrong.

I booked a flight and private shuttle service for a seven passanger van for my family to and from the airport in Cancun Mexico on October 30th with a charge to my credit card for 3,712.36. I recieved a notice that the returning flight was no longer available and the one that was replaced did not work for our family. Orbitz was suppose to cancel all charges. 3,579.36 was taken off my credit card but the 133.00 remained and they did not use it. I would like to be re-inversed for the 133.00 that was charged to my credit card.

What is this OWW*ORBITZ.COM 888-656-4546 for?
I was not told anything about it and suddenly my credit card was being charged for something that I am not sure what it is.
I bought a flight ticket through orbitz.com few days ago.
I have never encounter problem like this before when I bought my flight ticket through Expedia.ca and kayak.com
This is something that is not healthy for your business if the real representative from Orbitz read this message. I have lost my confidence on orbitz.com.

I was charged $221.52 from Orbitz.com. I have never used orbitz, and somehow there was a charge to our account for this. We are worried someone may have stolen or used our debit card number. Please return our money asap.

I made reservatin online using Orbitz.com to hotel Sokos in Rovenimi Finland on 23/8/2-12. On 24/8/12 when i arrived to the Hotel they couldnot find the reservation and i had to pay again and even more money for the room at the hotel. My confermation number did not apear inn the Hotel computer.
Therefor I asked to return the payment i payed to Orbitz. Thanks/
