I have purchased a ticket from cheap tickets traveler care and was charged under OWW*CHEAPTIX $27.66 Canadian which I didn't know for. I was charged for the ticket and this one came out from my credit card separately. I wasn't informed about this extra charge when I bought the ticket. That is totally unacceptable.

I notice a charge on my credit card on December 27, 2015. The purchase was for $75.50 It was very puzzling to me, since I have all my receipts and emails and I could not fine this particular item. I recordmend

The cheap tix charged $ 43.96 when I booked the flights . I am unaware of the charge & should be done that way .

I used Cheap Tickets to book airline flights. NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WOULD BE CHARGED AN EXTRA $12.00 FEE. Spent hours picking my time and dates and now they inform me they have been changed!! Am not satisfied with their response and I know I'll never book through them again!!

CANADIANS BEWARE!!! I paid for a hotel room for 1 night in Toronto, Canada (I live in Canada) and agreed to pay $125 (all in) at time of booking. Now, I see on my CC I was billed $160. When I called to inquire, they now tell me that it was in American funds, so I have to pay the exchange and a fee. Are you kidding me?! VERY dishonest. They should be giving you this information up front. I could have walked in and booked it for much less. Nice CON job, Cheaptix!!! Never again.

I booked a trip recently with Cheap Tickets and noticed this fee on my credit card and was wondering what it's for. I never purchased insurance.

look very suspicious....but under that link some hotels made charges on your reservations.I got very upset!called that numbers and was explain that my charge was made in this and that....hotel in Ma. YES ....IT WAS Correct... now we understand....but on my bank statements it did not show any hotel name just that weird link and 10 digits numbers from IL.!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS VERY MISLEADING!I JUST WANT TO SAY SORRY TO THAT WOMEN at that number where I did call.........but for others it still may be mystery!until they will learn ...THE internet say a lot about that particular number and charges!So many people are getting confused!But In my case I am all set and wish to others get quick resolve as well!Just call the 10 digit number !they collaborate with many hotels.....ect.
