On march 5th, 2013 I noticed a charge at 11pm for 1,025 dollars which I did not place. I contacted my bank who cancelled my card. What information can you provide me. When will I be reimbursed for this incredibly inconvenient error?

We did not purchase anything and do not know what this is about When I checked my bank balance this morning the charge was online.
