(sorry ) talk every fast they almost got me but I called back and canceled then i asked for a full refund. they give you 10 days to cancel plus you must also write in to the office and cancel. I also called my credit card company and reported my card lost so they cant take any other payments from me. BEWARE

We had four charges on our credit card from OVC Cruise Travel for a to total of $1592.00 we have never heard of this place. We also have an app on our phone to tell us when a purchase has been made with this card and the 4 transaction never came across the phone. I found it when going over the statement. Be aware of this and please look over your statement.

I had never heard of OVC Travel until I reviewed my recent credit card statement, where I found a recurring charge of $2003.22 from this company. The credit card issuer (Citi Bank) hadn't heard of OVC either. I had to cancel the card. No idea how the OVC scumbags got my credit card number. A pox on them

I can tell you my charges with this company is from a timeshare that I bought in Mexico Cancun and they told me that amount would be drafted after 45 days after my purchased. I hope that help to clear out the issued.

A charge of $29.00 showed up on my Visa credit card from OVC Cruise Travel. I have never heard of them and I have had my credit card company start an investigation against them. Go over your credit cards and watch out for this scam company!

It is for the premium upgrade for Ice Rewards. Mine is $159 a month for about 19 months then only $29 a year. If you use Ice it will be worth it in the long run I think

Got charged on March 21st, 2015 by OVC Travel 866-8685086 AZ AMT $1700.45 on my AMEX. I never requested any services from this company.They should go after them very hard deal very swiftly.

I am disputing this because one when I received the phone call I was told and asked a few times if it indeed was with Westgate Resort...So I said ok to the original charge of $399.00 back in February. I was also told that it would be a one time fee and no other charges would be charge other than my fee that I already pay to Westgate Resort a month and she said no maam...Asked her again during conversation and she assured me no..Then March 11, 2013 I'm charged $171.50 on my Master Card along with April 9, 2013.
I am trying to call them plus had to look up on-line for a phone number. When I call it just asks for dial by name or ext or to book vacation but gives me no prompt to speak with someone.
I want my Master Card to be credited back all the money back the $399 for misleading information and also the unauthorized charges on my Master Card for the past two months totaling $343.00 and to stop charging my account immediately.

I called to renew rci subscription and thought that is what was being done. When I heard from RCI that I still hadn't renewed, I found that it was your company I callled. I have no idea what the 299 was even for. Please provide me with information so I can resolve this. Thank you

I called the number on an email from RCI and wanted to pay for a 5 year renewal of my membership. This is what I told the rep. My email stated $267 and when she said $299, I questioned her & she said it would be correct on my statement. When it wasn't I tried to contact RCI several times and finally got someone to help me. I was told OVC had charged me for a land & cruise travel. I never asked for this service, nor do I want it. Please help me resolve this!!!

I'm not sure this answers everyone's question who has a charge for OVC Cruise & Travel on their charge bill, but I looked into it as I had a similar one time occurence. I had RCI weeks, which I wanted to use toward a cruise. RCI charges a flat charge of $99.00 to exchange the time for the cruise. OVC is like a travel agent, who gets a commission from the cruise line. For example, if the total amount of the cruise is $3000, the cruise line would charge you $2750, and OVC would get $250.00.

I'm being charged 139.00 per month, which has been going on now for about 2-3 months, and I don't know what this is for. All travel or vacation plans I have are all paid for and I do not have any recurring fees for anything that would seem to match up with OVC travel.

I have been charged $229.00 per month on my American Express card since April, 2012. Since I do not print my statements regularly, I just figure out this charge. I have no idea who is it, or why I am being charged. I have filed a fraud dispute with my CC company.

I just realized I have been chargd $229 per month since April on my AMEX card (totaling $1374.00). I have filed a fraud dispute with AMEX. Did you ever find out who this is and why they are charging your credit card.
