We ate dinner at the airport and the card was billed through OTG Management. I guess all the restaurants in PHL use them for charging credit cards.

on 6/15/2015 at JFK i purchased breakfest and was doubled billed $19.03 want to be credited $19.03 back to my account. OTG management JFK, auth# 373359 and auth# 373360.
