A charge was made to my dept card for $19.99 that I did not order or authorize to have done!! I recieved a text message on my cell phone for a ad for this company and its services which I did not want or ordered!! I deleated the text message from my cell phone because I did not want their services and did not look them up online or contact them in any form of any kind!! I do not want or ordered anything from them and want the $19.99 charge removed from my account!! Thanks!! Ralph

I have been charged $19.99 for the last 3 months to my prepaid card. My bank just says to delete my card number from their forms. Can't seem to get it into their heads that I can't, don't know who they are, and have never ordered anything from them for them to have my card number.

I have no clue who this company is and has never ordered anything from them. I have a pending charge from them as of 2/14/2023. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. I have no phone number to even call this company. Please stop charging me! I have not authorized you to charge my card!!
