AMEX made a billing error that resulted in Payment of hundred dollars not being received by them given that and because of the fact that they have a online payment system that does not have enough spaces in the text box for the account number of a checking account to enter all of the numbers in resulting in the charge not going through. Then when I called today and they agreed to take the charge of the late charge of $25 off of the bill they lied to me to get me to make a $35 payment and then when I did make the payment they did not do what they promised and take the $25 late fee off and they still don't know whether they're going to charge me a return check fee even though it was their fault that the check was returned the check was not returned due to insufficient funds it was returned
