TrueMedia billed my charge card for a second year without my authorization. I subcribed only for one year not two. I have asked them to refund my money since Feb 1st and they insist I open a Paypal account. I told them to mail me a check an gave them my address. I should not have to open a PayPal account just to get reimbursed.

Merchant charged $3.99 for a service I did not request. I used a free option of onetruemedia for a school project several months ago. I haven't logged into onetruemedia for many months and was more than surprised to see the charge which on their website states is for an "upgraded" version of their services.

You've made me a charge of $3.99 on 10/18/12 and $39.99 11/1/12. I didn't even authorized that charged, I haven't use One True Media for the past seven months and I don't even need it anymore. at least you should send a email letting me know about those charges. I just want my money BACK it's all. Thank you!! Eva.

I did not authorize this charge!!!....I dont know what it is for and I never signed up, subscribed, renewed, joined or anything in between with this company!..I want my money back !!!..You DID NOT have permission to charge my card for your stuff!!! AND I DONT KNOW IF IT IS A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!
