NRI*THE NEW REPUBLIC keeps trying to charge $39.97 starting on Oct 3, 2019 and 3 times this month. They are using a closed out card number and when I called them they agreed to stop trying on this card and cancel anything they had on file for me as I didn't order their publication. By the way I am not receiving the publication.

Still trying to charge on my VISA, NRI*THE NEW REPUBLIC keeps trying to charge $39.97 to a cancelled number. Oct. 3, 9, 15, 21, 27, 11/2/19.

439.97 WAS CHARGED ON Thu, Oct 3, 2019 6:47 am mobile ([email protected]) I DID NOT MAKE THIS CHARGE AND NEVER CHARGE ON MY MOBILE PHONE. THIS WAS MADE ON A CARD THAT WAS CLOSED AS BEING COMPROMISED.

To my knowledge, I did not authorize a payment for this $39.00 charge on my checking account.

Haven't had a subscription with them in years. $90 renewal charge shows up out of nowhere. No idea why they still have my credit card number on file.
