I have a computer show and was trying to activate Norton on my client's new computer. After looking into their account, they had no active sub but were paying $500+ a year with these transaction names. After calling the 1-800 # you get a call center in India. If you call the actual Norton 1-800 # off their website. You get a US call center. This is a scam. Do a chargeback on these charges please!
