I thought I unsubscribed. I uninstalled Norton. I don't have Symantec/Norton on my computer. I have McAfee installed. Why am I getting charged for Norton?

Notified on computer they had renewed this service and we emailed them back we did not authorize this charge and did not want this service. Obviously they went ahead anyway. I am not paying for this.

I haven't used a Norton product for an extended period of time , and I never recall authorizing a auto renewal for the service I purchased . I tried to contact Synamatic , but wasn't able to get a hold of someone .
