I was not informed that this would be a reoccurring charge without me having the choice to renew subscription. I would like to cancel this subscription for the only reason being; I do not have the time to read it.

I do not want to continue to be billed. I read for three months, did not want to continue, and cannot stop your ripoff. You lied that I could. You lied about it, you knew that you were lying about it, and you lied about it anyway. I am trying to stop you billing me. If you have a family or a faith community, how do you explain what you do for a "living?" How do you live with yourself at night? As a Christian, I will pray for your soul tonight.

I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO LAST FOR THREE MONTHS.,AFTER WHICH I COULD CANCEL. I HAD TO DESIGNATE WHETHER I WANTED TO RECEIVE THE BOOK IN DIGITAL FORM OR WRITTEN. THE DIGITAL FORM WAS 49 DOLLARS SO THAT IS WHAT I CHOSE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE I WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN IT IN 30 DAYS, AND IT HAD TO BE RETURNED BY REGISTERED MAIL OR UPS. THE ADDRESS IS A POBOX AND NEITHER OF THESE OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PO BOXES. ALSO MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED 79DOLLARS

I ORDERED A FREE TRIAL FOR A MONTH. I RECEIVED A PACKAGE WITH THE FREE REPORTS.ALSO A HEART MONITOR WATCH. THE FIRST THING IS THAT 2 YEARS OF DIGITAL REPORTS WAS THE FIRST THING ON THE INVOICE.AT 79DOLLARS. THEN THE FREE REPORTS. AT THE BOTTOM IN LARGE LETTERS A STATEMENT SAYS "THIS IS NOT AN INVOICE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL. THEN IN VERY SMALL LETTERS 'THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE. RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED'.ALSO IN THE PACKAGE WAS ANOTHER PAPER YHAT THE CHARGE WILL BE ON MY CREDIT CARD UNDER NMX*DR CRANDALL REPORT, THAT I WILL RECEIVE A REPORT IN 6-8 WEEKS.THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AUTOMATICALLY. IF I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE I MUST WRITE CANCEL ON THE RENEWAL NOTICE AND SEND IT BACK.IF I RETURN THE PACKAGE BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE I WILL BE CHARGED FULL RETAIL VALUE OF THE BONUS ITEM. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE BONUS ITEM IS. I DO NOT WANT THIS SUBSCRIPTION. BUT I AM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO. I LOOKED UP NMX*DR CRANDALL AND FOUND OTHER QUESTIONS JUST LIKE MINE. CAN YOU HELP ME
