Why has my Netflix changed its name from Netflix NZ to Netflix Los Gatos NZL?? Why am i being charged from them since July??

28 September. Visa charge of $18.49 by Netflix.com Los Gatos NZ We do not recall any such commitment to Netflix. Please advise or consider reverse or advise process to credit amount, Thanks neil manthel.
