I was confused at first when I saw this on my statement, but after calling the number and hearing the computer state the name of the service I remembered exactly what it was. It is the National Certified Therapeutic Recreational Center ( I think I was close on that name) that you send payment to in order to take the CTR exam that you would take after graduating with that Therapeutic degree. Only reason I know is because my girlfriend needed me to pay online for her and gave me the cash. I hope that this helps explain the charge. - Joshua
