In reviewing my Discover billing i found charges from April 14 for $1.00 then April 29th for 39.94, May 29th for 39.94, June 29th 39.94, which I did not aurthorize. I called the companys number listed 833-5930038 - Spoke with a representative who, could not find an account for me under 1. my cell phone, 2. my house phone, 3. my address, 4. my email, 5. when she asked for my SSN I hung up and called Discover. Discover suspened the charge for June 29th. Now its August 3rd and I see another charge for July 29, for 39.94. I call the company again, they cannot find an account. However, she did find an old account from 2011, which I dont remember and I did not have a Discover account in 2011. I have agin contacted Discover to get this charge reversed. I have also seen the complaints with the California BBB on this company. I do not want this, I already have Life Lock and Experian for my credit. Why would I have this fly by night company to edit my credit. I will be filing an additional complaint with the BBB.
