My account got charged and I never authorized anything. I have never even seen this website before and have no idea what is even sold here. Fix the problem please and give me my money back.

I have a charge on my Mastercard for $55.02 on 02/12/2016 from Myplay Direct INC. Very unsure of where this transaction came from considering I haven't purchased anything online for 55.02. I've recently ordered from Amazon, but none of those purchases add up to that amount of money. I haven't ordered anything off of that popmarket website either. I don't appreciate this at all. I never heard of Myplay Direct, nor have I ever had the desire to. This is very upsetting... $55 is a significant amount...

I had a $32.97 charge from MyPlay Direct on my September bank statement. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late to dispute it. To my knowledge, I have never done business with this company.

Folks, if you've ever ordered a box set from Sony's discount music store, Pop Market, it will show up on your credit card as MYPLAY DIRECT INC. I too freaked out when I saw this charge on my credit card account today until I figured it out.

i too was baffled when receiving a notice of a charge from this seller.
I searched my inbox for anything related to cc.myplay.com and it turns out it's the company behind www.popmarktet.com from which i've ordered some vinyl records.
Maybe they are the owner behind some other sites too.

It's a pending charge so it hasn't gone through officially yet but i have never even heard of myplay, these people need to be sued, i haven't bought anything from them!

I was charged $18.47 on 3/18/13 and I NEVER authorized this charge or even heard of this site before. I called my bank and I am fighting this charge. This website is bullshit and needs to be shutdown!! I want my refund or I'm taking this to court!

I had never even heard of this site or service and just discovered two charges on my credit card with rather high amounts:
02/23/2012 MYPLAY DIRECT INC / CC.MYPLAY.CO 84,48 USD | -63.71 €
(plus VISA charge for international use 1.85% = -1.18 €)
and
02/09/2012 MYPLAY DIRECT INC / CC.MYPLAY.CO 219,98 USD | -166.39€
(plus VISA charge for international use 1.85% = -3.08€)
(I checked that these charges are not subscriptions, because frankly, I didn't subscribe to anything. If the term however does have a different meaning in financial context, it might actually be one after all. I'm German, so I do apologize if that was wrong.)

I was charged approx 35.00 and it is driving me nuts what MYPLAYDIRECT is on my charged history. I have made a couple purchaces to best buy and futureshop but that is a clear indication on charge history, I am not freaking over 35.00 cost more to see a damn movie and popcorn.. lmao. ANYWAYS, are you in charge of the EMBLEM 3 store? If so then my daughter finally got a shirt, i told her to weeks ago and my charge is from jan 25th. THANKS :)
