Moneyleaf.com charged my account 29.95 without my authorization, esignature form or any other sort of verification. I have never heard of this company and I want them prosecuted

I was charged as followed: 10/18/2012 ACH Debit MYMONEYLEAF 8884855817 121017124120H00 WEB ID: 1000225581 $29.95 and this as well: 10/18/2012 Check CHECK # 99914 $30.00 (which is a FAKE check, when I seen the copy)

They just took it right out of my account. Have never heard of them and there was no money for them to take so they put me in the red. *sigh*
