I contacted iYogi and was mislead thinking this was a "apple" technical service. I was told that i could only receive technical support through iYogi and it would cost 119.99. I ask the representative twice if this was absolutely the only way to receive service for my I-phone 4S I was trying to reset my apple-ID and identified this on a website that appeared to apple technical support. If the calls are monitored it will be recorded that I did not give my verbal authorization at the end of the call which the representative said was required to authorize payment. Unfortunately I had already supplied my credit card information. When the rep ask for my verbal authorization and he could not authorize payment without it, "I told him NO I was not authorizing any payment and was going to further research options because this didn't seem right. He told me to hold while he got his supervisor on the phone. I hung up because I did not verbally authorize the payment as he instructed and I did not want to continue this call nor did I want there service. I sensed a scam thus I reporting and want to be reimbursed the 119.99 that was unauthorized deduction from my bank account. Can you please help. I have not tried contacting through the 1800 number.

Flynn's Auto & Alignment was miss lead on 6-27-2013 We thought we were doing business directly. This company had me on the phone for 8 hours and after that they wanted to do research on this issue and call me back. We were closed for vacation until today 7-8-2013. When computer for open the problem and other problems still exceeded. We had to pay someone to come here and fix the problem. I was not going to let your company gain access to my computer again due to the miss trust I have for this company. If you do not refund my money I will contact BBC in NY to file a formal complaint.

I am uncertain how long this subscription lasts and what exactly it covers. The lengthy conversation with someone I could hardly understand finally resulted in a piece of information obtained from the Mac Mini instruction book.

Contacted to remove virusand they did remove virus, but they misrepresented me when it came to my virus protection service causing me to down load a service I did not need .. I am having problems with my PC that I contribute to I YOGI.
