Billed $ 22.98 for Season Tickets ?? in the 10min it took to make a ligit purchase and remove my cc info they(Micro Soft) still managed to sneak PUT IT it to John Q Public the consumer So much for consumer confidance of a brand and corporate trust.

I was charges two separate days for Xbox live when we weren't even home to have those charges. We had been in vacation that whole week+. Please remove these charges. I did not authorize them.

I received this charge on one of my credit cards that is not linked to my xbox account MSFT *XBOX LIVE 08006427676 WA. I question it because the card has been paid off and not in use for months and the card is not on my xbox account. Can you help me verify this charge?
