I have no idea what this charge is. It showed up on my bank account for 4.99 but I haven't bought anything from Microsoft for 4.99. Charge went in when I was low on money, resulting in negative balance. Another dollar and I would have been charged for a thirty dollar overdraft. I have a windows but I've had it for years and NEVER seen this charge record before.

I have received five unauthorised charges from MSFT *WINDOWS PHONE BILL.MS.NET.What can I do to have no more this problem? and what to get my money back?

I have been billed from (MSFT *BILLING BILL.MS.NET ). I have been losing money every day and now my bank account is currently negative. I would like for this to be resolved.

I have an unauthorised transaction from microsoft. It states msft windows phone bill. Which i dont have any windows phone at all. And i use a mac and iphone. Total of 3 unauthorised transaction total cost of $SGD 220++ from my master 5548-2740-3113-7382
