I was charged $76.20 on my American Express credit card on November 20,2023. It was for a Microsoft 365 Personal which I don't even know what it is. It was charged to an expired AMEX card but showed up on one of my current AMEX cards. What can I do. Help!!

I have been charged $ 63.59 on my debt card on 9/26/2016 . I have no knowledge of any purchase. I had to cancel my debt card and file a complain with my bank.

he would support sending more troops and loosening the rules of enUbegment.gndouatedly the calls to divide the country (and withdraw shortly thereafter) will increase.You are clearly against a pullout. Most of the left is not blind to the basic consequences of that route you know. But rather than prod you on that issue, I ask: What would you do?

Transactions were taken from my account without authorization: one for $29 and the other $79. WINDOWS STORE BILL.MS.NET shows on bank statement. No purchase was ever made.

It is fraud - I have had the same, my charge $15.30. I cancelled this credit card. Have my suspicions - try Cyberhub nz. I used this guy. he signed me up for this website at " Microsoft". You will see several outlets in NZ & Australia. Some ph numbers are false or he is omnipresent in all areas.

Hurt On three consecutive days my acccount was charged for $65.30 on 11-4-15, 63.59. on 11-5-15, 63.59 on 11-9-15, and 63.59 on 11-12-15. I have no idea of these charges. Please help.

I had 4 separate charges on my debit card for $59.99, $59.99, $63.59, & $ 63.74. These charges occurred on 10/23/2015. I had 3 separate charges from SONY Entertainment PLAYSTATION for $59.99 each. These charges occurred on 10/26/2015. I did not authorize any of these charges. How do I get my money back

I was online to try the 30 day free trial for Microsoft word, and a payment of $9.99 was withdraw from my credit care account. My reference number is: 244309993BM8ZHFN5 and they cancelled my account and said they do not see funds taken out. I called my bank who see the charge taken out so I want my money back.

I am being charged daily sometimes more than once from 1 dollar to ten dollars. I haven't authorized any of these charges. Please tell me how to contact someone to dispute these. The total in the last month is 300+ dollars.

the following information has been found on my account and this money has been taking out. I check my accounts regular and this is what I found that we have to check this crap because someone out there wants to be criminal and take money that isn't theirs. Now I have to contact my bank and go through this crap and get a new card. what happens to these companies that do this. they are making millions doing this and no one is catching them, WTF! a $10.59 charge showed up on my bank sometime in the night. i did not do this and would like the money back i had just enough to pay my rent and now i dont. i have to small kids (4years and & 7months) and we need this place to live. get me back my money or i will take this to court

My bank statement came today and I have $428.74 worth of charges that I knew nothing about. My 15 yr. old grandson probably did these. I'm a widow on S.S, raising 2 grandsons. This has devastated me and our food budget for the month. How can you let a kid charge on a debit card without first asking to speak to the adult in the house? I'll be responsible for 50.oo of this bill, but I don't feel I should pay this entire bill. I didn't make these charges, and didn't give the kid permission to do so. You should ask to speak to adult in household.. Call me at 318-413-1466 as soon as possible. I need a reimbursement to my account before my electric bill, car ins. house ins. cable bill and burial policys come through and not enough money to cover. I am shaking, I'm so mad. Betty Jordan

I was also hit by 16 $50 charges to my AMEX card on March 3rd, 2015 to the Microsoft online store. Also, on March 3 a $25, $10, and $1 charge to Microsoft Online Services. I made none of these charges and did not authorize anyone to do so. I notified my credit card on March 5th, as soon as I noticed the charges.

My credit card was just hit with 16 pending $50 charges on March 3 for MSFT Online Store. I don't have an X-Box, Windows 360, and I have not purchased anything online or from Microsoft. There were also a $25, $10, and $1 charge for Microsoft Online Srvcs on the same day. I immediately reported the charges to my card issuer and the account has been closed.
