Apparently I purchased a subscription product without realizing it. I called customer service and they told me they would refund the cost less shipping charges once it was received as "refused" and cancel the subscription. I did so as instructed and the post office told me they are not allowed to take in refused packages anymore (and scan it into the system) but they took it anyways - a week later, it CAME BACK! About to call customer service again on this. Ugh.

I currently have an unauthorized charge from this company. I never signed up for automatic shipments; if they say I did, it's because they manipulated false approvals. Why don't legal authorities stop this company from using customer credit cards illegally?

unbelievable! I simply ordered what was advertised at the moment which was a skin care moisturizer. Now they don't stop shipping unwanted goods and charging my Credit card!!!
