I was charged 39.95 less than a month after signing up for a free account on 7-5-18

Noticed their mystery monthly charges from my credit card since October 2017. Reported to my bank's fraud division, who confirmed that it was a fraudulent charge. Bank stopped the charges and fully reimbursed me. I'm in South Africa, seems they steal world-wide!

I tried to cancel the subscription and even emailed them when it wouldn't let me. I do not want this service.

This is on my dad visa debit card. he is 70 years old and does not have a computer or one of the newer cell/mobile phones, just a basic model, so how did they get his card number?
